KATE /  Plot:The basic plot of the taming of the shrew is that Kate is not what you'd call an even tempered girl. Noone wants to marry her because of her personality and Petruchio originally only wants to marry her because of her money. But he learns to look past the shell she has built around herself and love her and she learns to love him resulting in a happy ending. Similarities:Like Kate,Arashi's personality can be off putting. Sorata sees past it to the person inside. Through gentle teasing, flirtation, and glimpses of his real personality Arashi is wooed by Sorata much like Kate is wooed by Petruchio though he uses some :cough: rather rough tactics.
